The house is in Pemont, which is one of the quietest and sunniest areas in the valley, in the proximity of the lake e near the forest. It is near the centre (5 minutes from the pedestrian area), the cycling and walking lane along the river (200 metres) and the footpaths to the lake, the forest and Valpisella.
